Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days — we work in small, controlled batches. During launches, pop-ups or festive periods, processing may take a little longer; if there’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know.
Once dispatched, orders usually reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on location and our delivery partner.
Free shipping above ₹2,000 · ₹79 shipping below ₹2,000.
Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct — if an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Please record a continuous unboxing video when you open your parcel. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with the video — claims without an unboxing video cannot be considered.
Cash on delivery is not available. All orders are prepaid, paid securely online at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are personal-use skincare and beauty products, we accept returns only on unused, unopened and undamaged products, within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging.
Basic rule — unopened: return possible. Opened or used: no return. Wrong, damaged or missing: Moh: resolves it.
Wrong product — contact us within 7 days of delivery; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged product — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video (one continuous take: sealed package, opening, product). Claims without an unboxing video cannot be considered. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Missing item — let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with our fulfilment and delivery partners.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once a return is approved and received; timing may vary by bank or payment provider.
For eligible damaged, incorrect or missing-product cases, Moh: bears the applicable shipping costs.
Cancellation — orders can be cancelled any time before they’re dispatched. Once dispatched, an order can’t be cancelled. Approved cancellations before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method.

Product Care & Safety

We recommend patch testing a new product before introducing it fully into your routine, particularly if your skin is sensitive or reactive.
Follow the usage directions for each product. If introducing several new products at once, consider one at a time so you can understand how your skin responds.
If you experience persistent discomfort or irritation, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice.
For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes — rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs.
Keep products closed when not in use and store away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
Because some formulas contain botanical ingredients, slight variations in colour, scent or texture may occur between batches — this doesn’t necessarily indicate a change in quality.
